Lisa Smith, of Northbridge, won the seven-figure sum playing the “$2,000,000 50X Cashword” $10 scratch-off game.
She chose to take the lump-sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity. She plans to buy herself a new car and take her two children to Disney World with the cash.
Smith bought the ticket at Cumberland Farms, 2222 Providence Road in Northbridge. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
